Teacher Evaluation Deadline

A teacher with less than three years of employment is required to have two written reivews - one by December 15 (first reivew) and one by March 15 (second review).

Your signature on the evaluation form simply indicates that you have read the evaluation and received a copy.  If you disagree with part/s of the evaluation, you may write a response and have it attached to the evaluation when it is placed in your personnel file.
